We framed, finished, and furnished this one. New construction from foundation to interior, with the design handled in-house by Pearson's own designers — same hand from the structural choices to the finish work.
It's the full picture of how the shop works. No general contractor handing the keys to a separate designer at the end. The people choosing the cabinetry runs were in the room when the framing went up. That's how the spaces end up feeling resolved instead of assembled.
